Special Care Packaging for Jewelry & Glassware

Because we ship delicate and fragile items. We take extra precautions to protect your purchase:

Glassware & Ceramics: Wrapped in honeycomb paper for cushioning and secured in boxes to prevent shifting.

Jewelry: Placed in boxes or gift pouches and sealed packaging to then shipped in sturdy boxes.

Damages, Losses, & Route Protection:

If your glassware or jewelry arrives broken, please contact us at prettygarlandjewelry@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging. We will gladly send a replacement or similar item at no extra cost.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

We are not responsible for packages once marked "Delivered" by the carrier.
