Because handmade or vintage glassware and jewelry may feature slight variations in color, size, texture, or finish, minor differences from the website images do not constitute a defect.
2. Glassware Safety and fragility Notice Glassware are fragile items. Pretty Garland Jewelry is not responsible for injuries, cuts, or damages resulting from improper handling, washing, or accidental breakage of glassware after delivery. Please handle all glassware with care.
3. Jewelry Care and Metal Sensitivities Our jewelry may contain metals such as brass, copper, silver, gold-plating. Pretty Garland Jewelry is not liable for allergic reactions, skin irritations, or tarnishing caused by normal wear or individual sensitivities, Jewelry is not intended for small children and poses a choking hazard.
4. Shipping & Breakage Claims Inspect all packages immediately upon arrival. If glassware or jewelry arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the broken item and the original packaging. Claims reported outside the window may be denied.
